Interview process

1.🤝 Talent Screen + Portfolio Review

Participants: Ashley + Håvard or Andreas (Product Manager, optional)

Agenda: When you express interest someone in our People & Talent team, and optionally one of the Product Managers will chat with you for about 30-45 minutes, as well as answering any questions you have.

This will be quite high-level and (hopefully) pretty casual. We would confirm your profile and any necessary key skills.

Before the meeting we will review your portfolio, and you can expect a few questions about the scope of some projects showcased there.

We will also double-check your location, notice and salary expectations.

2. 🛠️ Working Task (Homework + Review)

At this stage, if we progress will send you a small task that we would like you to prepare for in your own time (max 5 hours) before your next round of interviews with the team, where you will walk through what you've worked on in a working session.

<aside> ℹ️ This tasks will be fairly compensated (although humbly, due to various tax limitations).

At this stage the practical work serves a few purposes:

  1. We would like to see how you tackle a certain problem.
  2. We feel this way you'd understand better what you would be signing up for.
  3. We believe this is the best way to assess talent and skill.
