🌍 Working from Anywhere

Because “anywhere” really can work.

Here at Whereby, we imagine a future where “anywhere” works - not just for our product, but for our people too.

We believe in shaping a remote-first company grounded in flexibility, trust, and meaningful outcomes - one that empowers our team to choose how they work, when they work, and where they work.

We’re not here to count hours or track online status - we care about how we collaborate and the impact we create together.

⏳ Hours Agnostic = No Set Hours

Working from everywhere also means the times in which we do our work becomes less critical. This is because we have people working from Germany to Australia, it simply doesn't make sense to require everyone to strictly work from 9 to 5 where they are.

For this reason, we adopt a flexible working approach, and are "hours agnostic".

<aside> 💡 What does that mean? At its core, Hours Agnostic is a working schedule which allows our team to choose when to start and end their workday, and/or how long to take their break for.
